This one bedroom, one bath is the middle unit in a triplex. The living room has a sofa sleeper and small dining area to enjoy meals. The windows and doors have all been replaced as well as new kitchen appliances and cabinets. We have made this apartment more comfortable and relaxing with the decor and new AC and heating window units. Guests occupy the entire apartment (one of three apartments in building) which is convenient to the laundry room. You will have street parking available. There is no designated parking spot for the unit. The Laundry room is shared by other guests in the triplex. Note the TV is a smart TV with Netflix, Roku, YoutubeTV. There is no cable TV.
