The Properties
The property on Marguerite Avenue is a 3 unit building (A,B,C) - each unit tastefully designed for the ultimate experience. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque coastal community of Corona Del Mar, this charming bungalow exudes the classic charm of coastal living. With its prime location just a short walk to the Corona Del Mar State Beach as well as shops and restaurants. You will have access to sun, sand, and surf. This quaint vacation rental is the perfect escape.
The bungalow features two cozy bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. This bungalow is a slice of vintage beachside living.
The property on Fernleaf Avenue is an upscale cottage with unparalled views of the ocean from the rooftop, along with a huge backyard to relax and barbeque with you family. It has been completely remodeled in 2021 with all new appliances. The entire cottage will be yours during the stay and your family will have a never-before vacation experience staying here.
Breakers Point -Whether you're looking for a romantic retreat, a family vacation, or a fun getaway with friends, our Beach House at Breakers offers the perfect setting for a memorable and relaxing stay. Located in the prestigious Breakers Drive enclave, this vacation property is just steps away from the pristine beaches of Corona Del Mar.
The Location
Our properties are located in the magnificent neighborhood of Corona Del Mar, a premium location overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the famous city of Newport Beach. Waterfront is just a few minutes away from all our properties!
Corona del Mar State Beach offers swimming, surfing, and snorkeling. You can also drive down PCH to Laguna Beach or take the Balboa Island Ferry to see the waves at the Wedge. CDM offers great restaurants and trendy shops, which are fun for the family to hang out in.
Don’t Miss
Crystal Cove State Park is a place you must visit when you are here. Known as the El Morro Canyon in northern Laguna Beach, this trail provides a fanatstic opportunity for excellent loop style rides. The park is mostly fireroad with a handful of good singletrack exceptions. This park is very different from that of any parks in Orange County. Mostly open grassland and open hills with minimal trees, Crystal Cove is one of OC's largest remaining examples of open space and natural seashore.
